What the site does

AIsitefilter helps independent owners study a location. It uses public data and computer-generated analysis to describe an area and give a general opinion about it.

No guarantee

Numbers and opinions on this site are estimates. Public data can be out of date or wrong, and a map outline is only approximate. Nothing here promises that a business will succeed or fail. This is not financial, legal, real estate or licensing advice. Please check important facts yourself and talk to your own advisers before signing a lease or spending money.

Using the site

Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not try to break it, overload it, or copy it in bulk.

Reports and payment

Paid reports are not on sale yet. When they are, the price will be shown before you pay, and payment will be handled by Stripe. We will state the refund terms on the purchase page.

Our content

The site and its text belong to SHORE AI LLC. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and the U.S. Census Bureau under their own terms.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not liable for losses that come from relying on the site, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Law

These terms follow the laws of California. We may update them, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
